Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 5 days and delivery confirmed by way of email or in person

4.Return and Refunds policy
The provision of services by Lido Hotel is subject to availability . In cases of unavailability, Lido Hotel will inform clients in advance before taking any payments. The Lido Hotel does not do refunds on events and conferences.
Should you for any reason wish to cancel your reservation you will be liable for a percentage cancellation based on booked dates. Please refer to cancellation policy for details. You must advise us in writing of your cancellation and any such cancellation must be signed by the person who made the original purchase.
If there is a:
Cancellation up to 3 days prior to check-in date – Guests get a refund of 100% of Reservation Value
Cancellation under 3 days prior to check-in – Guests get a refund of 70% of Reservation value only a 70% refund
Cancellation on the day of check-in or there is a No Show or Early Departure – Guests are responsible for full Reservation Value
Children under the age of 3 may share the room with the parents, guardians at no additional cost
Children are not allowed to be left unattended in the rooms at any time
Children are not permitted to use the swimming pool unsupervised
Arrangements for a infant cot need to made in advance
The personally identifiable information we collect from you will only be used and disclosed in accordance with this policy or as specifically disclosed to you at the time you provide the information. We will not sell, lease, transfer, share, or otherwise permit access to your personally identifiable information with any third parties other than as described in this policy. Payment can be made via Visa, Mastercard or by bank transfer into the Lido Hotel’s bank account, the details which will be provided on request
8.Card acquiring and security
Card Transactions will be acquired for Lido Hotel via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring banks. DPO Paygate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygateco.za to view their security certificate and security policy
9.Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by Lido Hotel separately from card details which are entered by the client on DPO PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on DPO Paygate refer to www.paygate.co.za
10.Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR)
Lido Hotel takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sales of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
12.Country of domicile
The website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Lido Hotel chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature
Lido Hotel may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice
