  • These are the prices for 2019
  • Terms and Conditions must be signed on date of acceptance of the quotation
  • A 50% deposit will be needed to secure your booking
  • Full payment must be made no longer than 14 days prior to the event
  • Payment is non-refundable, however, it can be used for something else at the Lido or the event date can be changed to a later date
  • The Main Hall is charged per person if there are 150 people or more
  • The Lapa is charged per person if there are 100 people or more
  • If the number of people for the Main Hall or Lapa is less a separate quotation will be worked out
  • Our Crockery and Cutlery are standard and includes (Round Plates, Side Plates, High Ball Glasses, Dessert Bowls, Cups & Saucers, Cutlery and Water Jugs)
  • Any additional Crockery & Décor will be charged separately
  • Table cloths and chair covers are standard (Black & White)
  • There is a set-up and clean-up fee which is R15p.p
  • If the Lido is not catering your food there is a surcharge of R30p.p if self-catering is done
  • There is a refundable breakage deposit that will be charged at R2000
  • Our portable PA System is available to hire in our other venues at a additional cost of R1000. It includes a wireless mic and has Bluetooth streaming
